I had issue with my 10 year old sony hi fi music system. Upon inquiry Delta guy's asked me to bring system to their office at Iblur. Apart from radio nothing was working. I took system to them and for my surprise they fixed all functionality within 2 days. I am very happy with my old system, every thing including 3 cd changer, cassette player, aux and radio as good as new. Thanks to Delta guys.

I am writing to convey my appreciation for the Service Engineer, Mr. Narendran (Dell ID 30514882) who came this evening to replace the speaker in my laptop. He called me to give me the time of arrival, kept me updated on traffic delays. He was professional, polite, and knew his work well. He fixed the new speaker in, tested it, had me test it. He checked and rechecked diagnostics to ensure there were no other problems. The first diagnostic indicated a hard disk problem, but the next two checks did not show that problem. He reported the status to the Dell team. He also cleaned the fan, and the surface, tightened the loose screws.
I appreciate the follow up, and ensuring that I got my system working. I also appreciate Mr. Sadanand who worked to figure out a solution for who could come to visit today itself.

I'm writing thisletter as a humble note of appreciation for the fabulous customer service providedby your Dell engineer Mr. Sandipan Barick, one week ago on 27th February 2018.I was facing a no power and slow performance (before no power state) on my DellInspiron 15-3567 laptop.I was attended by Mr. SandipanBarick as i mentioned earlier. His visit was quick, he was on time, anddressed very professional. Mr. Barickhardly took 15 minutes to rectify the issue of my laptop. The ability toprovide the resolution quickly exceeded my expectations. I really commend theprompt service provide by Mr. Sandipan.He just handled the tough break-fixing with a great ease and fix my system withan extraordinary speed and turned it on within 15 minutes. Right now everythinglooks fantastic, there’s no bugs, I’m very satisfied with my system.In addition, he was concerned about my time. He also explained all myqueries so well, I felt I really understood. I'm very pleased with theknowledge and skills of Mr.SandipanBarick. He is a Technical Genius. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing along-term relationship that means more than just making a sale.

and hard work put in by your Engineer Mr Prajwal Kumar on 24 Aug 18.
I had made a request for urgent installation of a printer that I had purchased-
HP Ink Tank Wireless 415. The Coordinator Lady Ms Anita was very kind to understand my urgency and detailed Mr Prajwal to under take the installation on the afternoon of 24 Aug 18. Mr Prajwal was at that time headed for ulsoor for another installation which was already committed. Despite finishing his above assignment late around 7.30 pm, Mr Prajwal travelled 25 Kms after that and reached my residence at 9.30 pm and worked till 11.30 pm to complete the installation, set up my laptops and explained everything patiently to me. I have no words to compliment his efforts and I request you to kindly convey my deep appreciation to him and also to the lady Coordinator Ms Anita. Please share

Both were very professional in terms of behavior and the way they communicate. They have taken my permission at every level to perform and open the laptop and have clearly shown what was missing etc.
One thing which impressed me was the familiarity of the engineer regarding out internal policies and process to be followed to replace faulty products.
Sandipan was well aware of the things required/ permissions required from my company (TCS) to replace the defective part and to take it out. So he has told me to arrange those things and complete the formalities beforehand, so that we don’t spend unnecessary time on it.He not only has strong command on the work, but also has good understanding of how things work in corporate companies and was ready to adhere to all the policies.
Though some engineers have visited to work on the laptop repairs, this guys was far ahead.
Which is why I am taking time to appreciate his efforts .
